In the luxury hospitality market, being “interesting” is no longer enough. Brands need to connect with the right audience through a sense of exclusivity and premium experience. For AQUA, a premium restaurant in Bangkok, the challenge was to stand out in a highly competitive luxury dining market — increasing table reservations while reducing acquisition cost and maintaining its luxury image.

OUR STRATEGY

Our Strategy

To reach a premium audience, we moved beyond traditional targeting and developed an Affluent Lifestyle Targeting strategy, focusing on users with lifestyles aligned with luxury experiences, such as frequent international travelers.

We also used Visual Storytelling to communicate the restaurant’s atmosphere, menu, and dining experience. Instead of focusing on price, the campaign was designed to create desire and make users want to experience AQUA for themselves.
