Auto 1 is a full-service automotive service center that wanted to increase in-store bookings. However, automotive maintenance services require a high level of trust and fast decision-making, and customers often search for them only when already experiencing a car issue. The campaign needed to reach users at the right moment and drive bookings through chat.

Our Strategy

We developed an Online-to-Offline (O2O) strategy to connect online communication directly to in-store service bookings. We used Geo-Fenced Service Ads to target car owners near Auto 1 branches, combined with Offer-Based Messaging featuring tire discounts to encourage immediate decisions through Messenger.
