SleepHappy is a high-quality mattress and bedding brand, but selling online came with a key challenge. Customers often wanted to try the product before buying, making direct online sales difficult. The challenge was to build trust and confidence without relying on a physical store experience.

Our Strategy
To support the customer journey, we developed a Messenger-First Conversion strategy. Instead of sending customers directly to checkout, we directed them to Messenger, where the sales team could provide information, answer questions, and close sales one-on-one. We optimized the campaign for Send Message and targeted users interested in Home Improvement.
